Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

Last updated 10 August 2026

What we collect

When you submit an estimate request or contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the city your property is in, the service you are enquiring about and anything you write in the message field.

Our hosting provider also records standard technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the site that referred you. This is aggregate traffic information and we do not use it to identify individuals.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange an on-site estimate
  • To prepare and send you a written quote
  • To carry out and invoice work you have booked
  • To keep a record of assessments and work completed on your property
  • To improve how this website performs, using aggregate traffic data only

What we will not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to anyone. We do not pass your information to lead-generation networks or marketing companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us operate: our website host, our email provider, our scheduling and invoicing software, and our payment processor. Each is bound to use that information only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, such as providing documentation to an insurer following a storm-damage claim you have asked us to support.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not result in work are kept for 24 months. Records relating to completed work, including written assessments, photographs and invoices, are kept for seven years, which reflects both tax requirements and the period over which a tree care decision may reasonably be questioned.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores three things on your device, all of them functional: your light or dark theme choice, your accessibility widget settings, and your answer to the cookie notice. None of them identify you and none are shared.

Beyond that we ask once, through the cookie notice, whether you are willing to let us measure which pages people find useful. Declining is a single click of equal prominence, and nothing is loaded before you answer. If you decline, or simply ignore the notice, no analytics run at all.

We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind. To change your mind later, clear this site data in your browser and the notice will ask again.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your details where we are not required to keep them. Texas residents may also have rights under applicable state privacy law. Contact us and we will action the request within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to customer records is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, contact you directly.

Not sure what your tree actually needs?

An ISA Certified Arborist will walk your property, tell you plainly what the tree needs, and put a fixed price in writing. If the answer is that it needs nothing, we will tell you that too.
